HYBRID PV/WIND + NEPA + GENSET	• Average cost • Lower initial cost if generator is already available • The genset in the system can be used during extended NEPA outages • Package will still run for some hours daily even with long NEPA outages and no fuel situations	• System still depends on some hours of genset use.
BACK-UP POWER	• Low cost • Effective when power from NEPA is predictable	• System will completely shut-down after extended hours of NEPA power outage
